DB INGEGNERIA delliImagine have been commissioned by UBI Banca as the consultant for the "Branch Transformation" project.

Taking the Remodeling Concept as a starting point, the consultancy was initially focused on the study and choice of the materials and then on the design of the various communication elements to be installed. The project has been achieved through the creation of three pilot branches. Great attention has been paid to clearly communicating and sharing the project objectives between all the involved parties -UBI Banca, the Construction Management company and contractor. This has allowed them to continually maintain control over each branch’s progress.

Moving on from the Communication Concept, a specialized team designs the visual installations which, once validated, are made by the production department. The project is completed by installing the setting in each branch.

We will be involved in working on The "Brand Transformation" Project for around 800 branches throughout Italy.

The Vomela Companies of St. Paul, Minnesota are proud to announce the acquisition of the visual merchandising division of former Graphic Systems Group (GSG) based in New York City. The acquired business will operate as a division of C2 Imaging, LLC, a unit of The Vomela Companies.

Through C2 Imaging, GSG will continue to provide merchandising services to their clients. Visual merchandising manager Ruben Pimentel stated in an interview that GSG is honored to join The Vomela Companies, and noted that "this partnership will allow us to provide extended services to our faithful clients.”

Additional space and equipment will allow C2 Imaging to strengthen an already strong presence in the New York metro area. Since being acquired by The Vomela Companies in 2010, C2 Imaging has continued to flourish, and this partnership with GSG marks another milestone for strategic growth.

The Vomela Companies is a full-service, specialty graphics provider for a wide variety of promotional, store décor, event, fleet, commercial, and transportation graphics. The St. Paul, MN based company has projected revenues of $250,000,000 in 2017, and employs over 1,100 people in 20 cities in the United States and Canada.
