DGI Workshops 2023 - #2 "Best practices" - how to implement an Customer friendly order entry process, including Customer portals.

This workshop will focus on an adaptable tool - Customer facing portals that is really a misnomer for developing Business Intelligence (BI) as it relates to Customers. Many of our DGI members are actively developing their own version of Customer driven BI. This workshop will feature three or four members presenting their specific version.
